For changing tooltip, need to press left mouse btn on right panel in the window and choose type of tooltip for using ("Changing tooltip window" Figure):

After choosing, need to press "Ok" if yon want to finish adding settings, or "Apply", if you want to continue.

If you want to return all to previous settings, need to press on "Reset to Default" button.
